Sheimaa El Oubari

Lecturer at Université Saint-Joseph (USJ) and communications specialist with over 15 years of experience across media, cultural heritage, education, and sustainable development. She teaches MA-level courses in Cultural Studies and Humanitarian Action and brings extensive professional experience in journalism, NGO advocacy, and cultural programming.
