Christine Bechara Assi

Christine Bechara Assi is a Lebanese attorney with extensive experience in legal practice and legal advisory work. A member of the Beirut Bar Association (Bar Number 10092), she has built a solid career handling a wide range of legal matters while contributing her expertise to community and non-profit initiatives.

Christine completed her primary and secondary education at École La Sagesse – Saint Jean Baabda before pursuing higher education in law at Université La Sagesse in Achrafieh, Beirut. She earned a Diploma in Lebanese Law and continued her academic development by completing a Master in Common Law.

Her legal career began with a traineeship at the law office of Assaad Abi Raad in Badaro (1999–2003), where she gained foundational experience in legal research, case preparation, and courtroom procedures. Since 2003, Christine has been practicing law with attorney Tony Janho in Jdeideh, working on a diverse portfolio of cases that includes civil, penal, marital status, and commercial law. In parallel, she has also been working with Al Asmar S.A. in Dbayeh since 2007.

Since 2008, Christine Bechara Assi has served as the Legal Advisor for Beit el Hanane Association, providing legal guidance and support to the organization in matters related to governance, compliance, and social service initiatives. Founder of Beit el Fouad and Evelyne Fouad Accad Foundation.

Through her legal practice and her involvement with non-profit organizations, Christine remains committed to using her legal expertise to support justice, community development, and social impact.
