Jessy Reaidy is a Lebanese social activist, community leader, and communications professional with more than two decades of experience in community development, social initiatives, and project management. Based in Beirut, she has dedicated much of her professional and volunteer work to supporting vulnerable communities and fostering dialogue, resilience, and social cohesion.

Jessy currently serves as the Director of Beit el Hanane Association, where she oversees the organization’s social, educational, and humanitarian programs aimed at supporting vulnerable women suffering from GBV. In this role, she leads program development, partnerships with local organizations, and initiatives designed to strengthen community solidarity and provide practical assistance to those in need.

Jessy is the founder of the Box of Hope Initiative, a community-based project launched in August 2020 in response to the devastating 2020 Beirut Explosion. The initiative began by supporting approximately 250 children living in the affected areas of Beirut, providing them with social, emotional, and educational assistance. Since its creation, the project has continued to promote solidarity and practical support for families facing difficult circumstances.

Since 2020, Jessy has also been involved in the Surviving Divorce Program in collaboration with the Maronite Tribunal, where she coaches and accompanies individuals and couples experiencing marital difficulties or navigating the challenges of separation and divorce.

Jessy’s long-standing commitment to civic engagement is reflected in her involvement with numerous organizations. She has been an active member and volunteer with the Lebanese Conflict Resolution Network since 1998, contributing to mediation initiatives and conflict resolution programs within the community. She also served as a trainer with the Association des Guides du Liban from 1984 to 2000, leading youth development workshops that promoted leadership, service, and civic responsibility. In addition, she volunteered with the Lebanese Red Cross youth program and participated in community service projects with the Lions Clubs International.

Professionally, Jessy has held a variety of roles spanning communications, event management, and social program administration. Her earlier career includes leadership roles in event management and communications in Dubai, where she managed large-scale campaigns and events across corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors.

Jessy holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Diploma in Active Listening and Mediation from the Spiritual Maronite Court in association with Université La Sagesse.
